I stopped by while I was in a relaxed mood and just browsing around. They had a decent selection and I did find a few options, but i expected there to be a bit more variety. Not bad overall, just missing some of the stuff I was looking for...

I got our pool pump from Family Pool Fun, and it’s been a really solid buy. I’m the kind of person who notices right away if pool equipment is loud or acting weird, and this one has been running smooth and quiet. The water’s stayed clear, and I haven’t had to mess with it much at all. So far, I’m happy with it.

I looked around at a few pool sites before ordering, and familypoolfun.com seemed reasonably priced. The shipping and total cost were easy to see upfront too, which I definitely appreciated, nobody likes getting surprised at checkout. Overall, it felt like a solid deal.

It arrived later than I expected, which was a bit frustrating, but everything was really fine once it got here.

I’m assuming it might just be how they pack these larger pool items, or maybe it was a rushed shipment, because everything inside was still there and in good shape. I ordered this for my sister, and it was disappointing to see the box arrive all smashed up and soaking wet. It looked like it had been through a storm, and the item inside was broken when we opened it.

I ordered a replacement part for my pool cleaner and wasn’t sure it was going to fit. Luckily, it snapped in with no trouble and saved me from wandering around the local store guessing. Just a heads up to anyone else buying one: double-check your model and part number before ordering, because getting the wrong piece would be a real hassle. For me, it worked out great and was a easy fix.

Grabbed a few pool toys and a cover from familypoolfun.com and they turned out better than I was expecting. The quality feels solid, not all flimsy like some of the cheap ones I’ve bought before. One of the items had a tiny scratch on it, but it still works fine so not a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it and yeah, I’d order from them again
